HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Our products are on a made-to-order basis. Please allow 8 working days for the production of your item. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.​Please allow for delayed delivery if we are experiencing high demand and for additional days in transit. If there is a significant delay we will contact you.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We do sell gift cards. They can be purchased in our online shop and you will be sent the gift card via email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

Happi Whale is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if your order was damaged upon arrival. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Your gift card will include a voucher code. In checkout, apply your voucher code in the designated block and the discount will be applied.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY GETS LOST?

In order for someone to officially declare a parcel as lost, you have 10 business days to report the lost parcel starting from the date you have received the shipment confirmation e-mail. No claim will be accepted if it has been reported beyond the time period of 10 days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Happi Whale offers full refunds and returns within 1 week (7days) from the original date of delivery. In the event that the customer wishes to return an item, the customer must be responsible for all costs for the return of the item.

If there is stock available in the size that would fit you better, you would be able to exchange it for that item. Please make use of our size guide to ensure you order the right size before purchasing. We do not offer custom-made items as our clothing patterns do not allow for change, unfortunately.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Nationwide shipping is R100 to your door depending on the size of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON FRAUD?

Cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded if a fraudulent purchase has been placed on Happi Whale. We do not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud. Any fraudulent attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities. We do not provide order details relating to orders suspected of fraud.
